Bad Customers Service

Their service is always very poor, today I had it with them. I walked into the store, KFC Tzaneen Lifestyle, 1 staff member saw me walk in, she was cleaning some machine. That lady ignored me. I waited for 10 minutes without her acknowledging my presence. As I was waiting to be assisted, one gentleman walked in complaining that his order is wrong. That same woman gave the complaining customer attention, sorted his order. And still left me waiting, not being assisted. After 15 minutes waiting to be assisted, she then decided to call her colleague that there are clients. I suspect she is the manager there, with that attitude, I am not surprised the whole staff provides bad services.
