Bad Customer Services,No Coplaints feedback

Seems like their complaint department is as bad as their service !! Go figure Lodged a complaint the 11th of Nov 2022 and still waiting for reaction to it.I will post the original complaint with case number below.Copmpanies nowadays is quick to claim satisfaction and good customer experiences nowdays,but dont really back it up.Just my opinion.Anyways here goes..

** KFC SHELL GARAGE STELLENBOSCH-(cant select it from my current location in Kraaifontein) I have several complaints from the same store at Shell in Stellenbosch 1)Been frequenting the establishment from October 2022 as my my wife works in stellenbosch till end november.I come almost every morning to purchase coffee and the occasional breakfast,however at least 50 percent of the time the coffee machine is not operational, either because it needs cleaning or you have to wait 20 minutes before it goes through it startup cycles.90 percent of the time there is nobody at the counter to serve me.i always have to call out or some cleaner tells me they are coming(they dont even bother to call someone).My third complaint is that for the past two days i have to wait till app. 07h00 for the store to open(14-15nov),although the sign says 06h00 hours. Been there almost everyday since beginning oct and the store used to be open at the time i arrived. I watched many irrate customers bang on the door whilst i was waiting outside in my car, but nobody came to assist and they left.After questioning a staff member they blame it on loadshedding but that excuse i dont accept as loadshedding ended 06h00 for that area and the power was on at 0645 when i arrived.anyway i checked there is a working generator at the back that was in operation at 12h30 when i used the drivethrough today. Really bad customer service from thr staff and a really bad customer experience, so i ask the question.should i rather then support the Shell coffe shop and eatery thats on the same premises with way better service ?? Hekkies
