Bad Customer Services and Experienced

I really had my first time bad experience at KFC Midrand yesterday. the queue was too long, there were 4 people who were suppose to be working but not. They were just talking at back, sales points were left unattended. Only one cashier would come and attend 1 customer then go back and come back after 5 minutes or so to assist 1 or 2, the go again. I have waited an hour before I could be assisted.
