BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES ALL THE TIME

Good day

i would like to understand why the service level at kfc parow centre is so poor. firstly on a sunday, there is always a sortage of chicken, customers are impatient and my order was totally wrong, so i paid for something i never got.

the store should make provision for this. people even argue with each other over food!!! why????!!!! and its not like the staff tries to work a bit faster to assist their customers!!

i wanted a brekkie with extra white sause as its very dry!!
