Bad customer service/giving falls information/undercooked meat

I’m so disappointed with KFC at Kaalfontein yarona shopping Center. I specifically there to purchase the streetwise feast special for R99.90 as advertised by KFC. When I got there I was told that they don’t have coldrink and I was told they not serving that special. The surprising part is on their menu screens I was able to see the special but then I’m told they not serving it…on top of that they sold me 5 piece that was undercooked with no cool drinks and rolls. So disappointing I am not happy I wasted my money by going to Kaalfontein yarona shopping centre.
