Bad Customer Service with regards to ice cream purchased

I bought four ice cream soft twirls and one sundae chocolate at KFC San Marco Store in Ladysmith. The four soft twirls were already not stable in the holder, so one fell on the dirty floor as I was holding it. I picked it up and asked the lady what must happen to it, and she says there's nothing she can do about it. I have to leave with it and eat it. There was zero customer service. I no longer want to go purchase at that store.
