BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH MANAGEMENT ATTITUDE

I went to kfc 195 rahima moosa street in johannesburg cbd to buy food by their kiosk and after that i received an sms as a receipt of my purchase, i had an emergency i left the store without collecting my food, after 20 minutes when i went back i was told that my order was collected and the manager by the name of LORDWICH AND SIFISO, told me that they cannot assist i have to leave their store and not even apologising for what happened, and i called their head office i was told its gonna be resolved within 72hours, however the following day in the morning the so called LORDWICH called me with an attitude....bad customer service i have ever seen...
