BAD customer service KFC Heidelberg

I went to Heidelberg Gauteng KFC today 24/12/2019 just after 5pm. We wanted to order a few KFC bucket for 1. They said they didn't have wings and they were not going to make some. Then we wanted to order some of the Masala box meals and was advised again they have no Masala chicken and they are not going to make any because they are closing in 45 minutes at 6pm. There were some other customers that also wanted Masala chicken.

This is not the 1st time, on 2 previous occasions I was also advised that they don't have Masala chicken. Their reasoning is that they only make a certain amount of Masala chicken per day so that they don't have any left by closing time. To me this is just shocking customer service.

I know nothing will come off this complain because every time a complain is made NOTHING happens.
