Bad customer service - KFC Grassy Park

Good Day ,

Im very disappointed in Grassy Park KFC , I have never experienced such bad service before .

Firstly, I got there and the drive through was offline as they had no staff . I stood in a long line to be told that they do not have a Tuesday special,with the 6 piece chicken ...I ask for the reason why ,they said they don't have a reason...

This had made me extremely unhappy,Im 8 Months pregnant and KFC has disappointed me with the bad customer service and value .
