Bad customer service Kfc

On the 7 May 2024 went to buy a Family Feast meal at Kfc Tsakane mall for R149,90 + R 2.00 donation they ask us customers. So total amount I spend was R 151.90. The meal I bought was suppose to have 6 chicken pieces, 2 mesh potatoes & gravy, 4 zinger wings and large chips. When I got home the meal is short with 1 piece of chicken, I have contacted their customer service care but I didn't get any help. Order no 2809, TRAN # 4623.
