Bad Customer Service KFC BARA

i Visited KFC @Bara Soweto, the Queue was very long as it was month end. My frustration started when i get to the till, i ordered twister meals and they told me they dont have them at all but the Signage does not have out of Stock or Not available Signs, i know this because i was a team member there. Secondly i ordered Burgers, the lady rang the meals, after five minutes of waiting she told me they dont have Buns for the Burgers. I was so disappointing i did not even get an Apology, they just Shouted next Please while im still waiting there. I Hope the Training Managers visit that Branch and Re Train their Staff about Customer Service.
