Bad customer service kfc

Yet again pathetic service delivery from kfc , i tried 45 minutes to get through but continously rings , so i turned to the useless customer care agents and spoke to a idiot named lavern for a further 7 minutes and please take note she had no intention of helping me whatsoever...just tells me sorry mam delievery closes at 5:30 and i called in at 5:30, so damn useless couldnt even assist me knowing that i have been trying for 45 minutes....and still she had the nerve to tell me sorry mam please note all calls are recorded and you called in at 5:30....your customer service stinks trying to be sarcastic on the line kfc service agents...before rejecting a customer try assisting....and this is coming from someone who is in the food industry. I want kfc to call me regarding this because i will keep on posting on all social media platforms.
