Bad customer service, incorrect order

I would like to log a complaint against KFC Tokai i have ordered online a “mixed order 4” that consist a twister,burger , pops and nuggets however for some stupid reason they always get it wrong. On Monday 21/03/22 i ordered the meal got the wrong order however i was told i can keep the order i got and they will deliver the correct and the manager on duty was Zikhona . Today 25/03/2022 i place the same order guess what i get the same incorrect order now am hungry as hell i have to wait for a deliver guy to come fetch the incorrect and bring the correct order whos fault was it that you guys packed the incorrect the manager on duty was Asive who was bored as hell. Your customer service line is even the worse . Trust me i will let my family and friends know about this bad experience from KFC
