Bad Customer Service from KFC Taxi in KWT

Went to the store to buy zinger wings & right after i paid i was told to wait 15 more min because the teller was not aware they were not ready. I then told the teller that i was in a hurry & wasn't able to wait. I then asked for a refund, instead of assisting me...she continued to help other customers but i could see she was trying to delay so that i would be forced to wait for this 15min. I ask her to help me & she said she would call the supervisor. A few min. later a supervisor by the name of Bongani came & did the very same thing. I asked whether he was not willing to assist me in giving me my refund as i had a long way to go. He kept on begging me to wait and i was forced to leave my refund behind as they were not willing to assist me at KFC Taxi in King Williams Town. This is not the first time i have had a bad experience at this KFC.
