Bad customer service

Went to drive through to order breakfast this morning Restaurant # *** ,Was served by Mahlako Noria Moganedi(Crew ID 63) .I was looking at the menu and at the same time communicating with her. She was so cold not even willing to assist when i ask simple questions "like which breakfast is served with coffee, She is having a very bad customer service, she didn't even care when i advise her to change her attitude, Lastly she was not wearing a name badge when i ask her name she just told me i have a slip with her name.
