Bad customer service

Kfc Kingsley centre, Arcadia Pretoria.

I never received a bad service like this at kfc.

I have made an order for seat in, when my food comes the is no food tray.

I have asked for specific chicken pieces I have received wrong order, I have to wait again to receive my order.

Can you please work on your customer service.
