Bad customer service

I'm very angry I'm even shaking today I went to kfc Orange farm placed an order 2565 order number and kindly asked the cashier to give me my desert as I know food might take longer firstly the cashier gave me an attitude and sad I will have to wait as I'm not special and cool I was like it's fine I went to the one giving out food Named Nkulie I asked for special peaces for my food and my sons she then told the cashier that she doesn't like forward customer I keeps quiet still I dined opened my food was wrong peaces I then stood up calmly told them I got the wrong peace they laughed and took out my sons chips and left about 5 on his bucket I can't even eat this food I'm sooo irate I demand action as this might not be the first time they are doing it even worse they don't even know who I am o where I even work I'm very angry
