Bad customer service

Today is the third time I have experienced a bad service at kfc kgapane, the orders take forever to come, I ordered and went to shoprite to do grocery shopping, when I returned to kfc my order was not ready I had to wait another 30 minutes while the staff was busy talking and laughing later a lady entered the person who was suppose to help started shouting sesi midah she ignored all customers and entertained sesi midah who was not even there to buy anything. Something should be done with their bad customer service and only entertaining people they know ,today is the third time I experience their bad service
