bad customer service & delay
I went to KFC Protea Glen Mall @ around 23:30 in the drive-thru area & was shocked to see that the drive-thru also caters for walking customers as I had to wait in the queue only for walking customers to be served which was no problem as they were buying also.What got to me was the apppalling atting attitude I recieved from the window cashier (SIPHOKAZI & her MANAGER WHO TOLD ME THAT HE WAS OFF DUTY TO ASSIST ME BUT WAS STILL WITHIN THE PREMISES) here I thought that one has to go an extra mile in order to ensure that we as customers are happy, I have worked in the customer service industry but this was just totally UNACCEPTABLE & RIDICULOUS. When I told them about writting this review I was told to go ahead as I expected from individuals that don't know this platform & its purpose. PLEASE ATTEND TO THIS & ADDRESS IT before it gets out of hand.
