Bad customer service

I like KFC, I love their meals but this week the service has been incredibly poor. Had a complimentary voucher after an incident, tried to use the voucher and it didn’t work and today I order food and they don’t deliver the cooldrink. I call the store 3 times no answer and I call the online assistance and after they cut my call twice a lady promised to process a voucher so that I get drinks, immediately after saying that she cut my call. I love the restaurant and it’s food but after this weeks experiences I am not going back. To much of an inconvenience.
