Bad customer service

At Kentucky in Pavilion shopping center in Durban, cashiers don't inform you if meat is still in oven its going to take time for you to get it so that you decide if you order or you go somewhere else. You are only told when you have already spent about 10 min waiting and enquiring about it, saying it will take 15 min for the meat to be ready. This is happening for the second time, first time other people cancel their orders.
