Bad customer service

I would like to get clarity on your Tuesday special as I went to KFC Daveyton (Sesifikile Mall) to get it and the lady with a bad attitude by the name of Nqobile told me that they don't have that special. I had a KFC voucher from DSTV that I wanted to use and Nqobile told me that they don't take vouchers I had to drive to Springs KFC where I was assisted by a very nice and humble lady Zizipho who explained how the Tuesday special work and she used my voucher. How come Daveyton doesn't take vouchers whereas other KFC's do take it because at Northmead they do take it as well. Nqobile don't have good communication skills and she has a bad attitude because I could tell she wasn't willing to assist, otherwise she would have asked her manager atleast not just tell me that they don't take vouchers.
