Bad customer service

I'm so disappointed with the service that I received from KFC GLEN MARIA'S KEMPTON PARK, from the lady by the name of XOLLY she doesn't have good customers service at all. I bought sweet chill wrap meal, I ask that my drink the mustn't add ice, she added ice, I told her that I don't want ice, she went and take it out the ice on the same drink and I was watching her doing that, I send her back cause I saw what happend, she took big cup that was dirty and put my drink on it and give it to. I open the cup, the cup was dirty I drove and park my car cause I was using Drive Tru, I went inside and ask for supervisor she said she is a supervisor and on the name tag the was know supervisor sign. I ask her why is she doing this she said they ran out of cup. Then she went and fetch a bulk of unused cup. There's covid as we speak she gave me the cup that was used by someone I do not know and serve me with it. Where is hygiene that means there's lot that is happening in that branch that we are not aware of. I need explanation of this before I can take it feather.
