Bad customer service

Just now at 11:58 I asked the guy from kfc to help me use the machine to oder , I orded streetwise 3 with mash and gravey add on and a roll the slip did not come out but money was taken R87.70 the the guy gave me bad customer service left me hanging came back said wait for 24hrs and left mean while I'm hungry and paid ,then manager came and said the same thing If it was the problem with capitec the money would have reversed immediately which means the problem was with them but I never got my food or my money mind you it was not the first time.i paid for a 100 meal but they gave me a 50 meal ,I can't be paying for so.much but not getting what I want ,kfc costlands is full off bad customer service agents worst part they all laughed.
