bad customer service

Went to the KFC at Empire Road order number 1883, the cashier first miss the order as the did not include my drink they after they got my order right they told me they don't have coke and I must pic something else, they then gave me 3 drink with a cup holder for two but i had 3 drinks, when i asked for a cup holder that can hold more they told me that i should have ordered a bubbly coke and left me hanging to assist the next customer, i had to carry the whole order fro,m the to 19 ameshoff by myself which was hard to do
