Bad customer service

I'm at KFC in park central, I have been told to wait for a long que which I got removed from because THANDEKA(cashier) made a mistake on the system.

She has no idea on the deals that are available. It's been more than 20 minutes waiting and I am not getting served.

The manager in duty is Ms Bongiwe Zwane.

I am really not happy with the service these people provide. They refuse to provide me with their email.
