BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to KFC Chris hani crossing to buy meal for my family. when i was at the kiosk. they were 2 employees standing there. i asked for water because i wanted to take my pills. they told me that i have to ask for water at the till. i went to the till to pay for my orders. i asked for water at the cashier. she refused and i asked for the manager.. the manager by the name of audrey. refused to give me water. while i was in pain wanted to drink my medication. and it took time for me to get my orders.
