Bad customer service

Im at kfc kroonstad at Fritz street was assisted by my matefo and she was very rude while we were still trying to order at the drive thru and even when we told her that we always get bad customer service she laughed and told her friends that we say she is rude. I always get bad customer service at this specific kfc. I’m not sure if you don’t teach your employees customer service because they are very rude and don’t know how to communicate with customers. I need a formal apology from you
