Bad customer service at Kwa Thema KFC, shop no 1

Hello. I am very upset. I got a rude service from KFC yesterday . Kwa Thema. The lady who served was nice, her name is Daphne. But there was another one who came to give me food. Unfortunately I did not get her name, but she was so unnecessarily rude. I am definitely going to make her go viral if she is not given a chance to rectify her behavior. She deals with customers, so she should be cautious of how she interacts with customers. The KFC is went to is KFC Kwa Thema, cnr black & vlakfontien road Their numbers are *** I even contacted the store but all they do is hung up, they don't pick up calls.
