Bad customer service at KFC Queens Corner

KFC Queenswood is so close to our home and its the first time that we had terrible service. We used the drive thru and orderd dinner because of loadshedding and got back home we noticed that the 2 burgers that came with the Feast for 4 was jot included. Quickly I phoned them to let them know and I was assured a driver will deliver the burgers. We waited and after a few calls the right adres was not given through to the driver, he got lost and not reaching out to me to ask for directions (he was 2 blocks away) he decided to rather drive back to Queenswood KFC and let them send another driver to deliver 2 chicken burgers. After we told the lady on the phone they can just rather leave it we were hung up on and eventually they send someone. My kids were grateful for the burgers but after an hour and half of non stop calls and trying to give directions to get to our house, I feel I should have just left it.

Like I said,I have never received bad service before and this was a first but I was highly upset with the unprofessional service. The phone was put down in my ear 3 times while giving directions and speaking to the driver and the lady at the store. When my husband phoned to tell them just leave it hecause the service is up to **** they diconnected the phone while he was still talking.

I will never support them again, not for the fact they forgot 2 burgers but for the non existing respect they showed us.
