Bad Customer Service and the Survey is a ****

I buy KFC 5 times a week. Son loves those hot wings and Wicked Zinger box meal. The survey does not work. I input the code and it says Sorry, unable to continue based on the information you provided" And the code is correctly loaded. Also, be careful, they charge you for a buddy bottle, and give you cup cold drink, or charge the R2 for HOPE without your permission. Happened many times and I have ignored it, but what if they doing this to 900 customers a day??? Who sees their receipts??? Horrible customer service from this franchise. As for the person assigned to help with the customer complaints, he or she asks for the "reason of the complaint to be on the Subject" How is that possible when you have explained everything on the email body itself???
