BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE DELIVERY

I made an order online and it was never delivered , I complained and I had to walk to the mall and go buy me food , I used the voucher they gave me not fully and I was advised I can purchase again , when I visited the store the voucher does not work . I have email and rep**** to previous emails and no response from KFC . After all the complaints I have been making with regards to their poor service they have given me they are still continuing with the lack of customer service they offer .
