Bad customer service and ****roaches

On the 8 September 2023 at 8:30, I received the most terrible service from Nkazimulo, a member of your team. After she accepted my order, I realized that my budget was insufficient, so I asked her to remove the additional item. She rolled her eyes and then called a supervisor to cancel the transaction, which saddened me, because I deserved to be treated with respect since I was still a customer.

As if that weren't enough, I was eating when I noticed the largest ****roach on the floor. She gave me a confused look when I called her attention to it and showed her the visible ****roach and did nothing about it. I subsequently recorded a video and took pictures. I believe that no one comes to a restaurant leaving the comfort of their home only to experience that. The memory of the food I consumed at your KFC that was ****roach-infested made me feel so sick at the thought of ****roaches in your kitchen.

Moreso because the actions of your employee showed ignorance. She has no concern for others and didn't care about providing good customer service. As for me, I doubt I'll view your branch in the same way.

Keep her there if you want to turn off customers and ruin your reputation. I sincerely hope you take action to stop the ****roaches. When they are visible enough for customers to notice, it is very concerning.@KFC Charles Street BP, Pretoria
