Bad customer service and overcharging

I went to KFC Wanderes today the 15 Sep at 11:59 To buy Mindweek 6pce for R65 was told that it comes with chips needed to add R20 then it was R85 when I check the advert it says plus which is extra R20. But they refused to sell it to me with R65 as per the advert. I then called customer care for clarity was adviced to go back to the shop and ask to speak to the manager and the cashier told me that the manager went to Parkstation KFC to recieve stock I asked her She can speak to customer service consultant and She refused I then left the shop went to Parkstation KFC when I got there I asked if the manager from Wanders is there at the shop they told me that He has never been to that shop meaning the cashier **** to me.
