Bad Customer Service and non apologetic

Last night I went to KFC Broadacres , got there at 9:45 pm. There was a lady by the name of Shedezani she was serving a couple when i walked through the door, they wanted to place an order but cause there was no meat ready at the time, they were told that they will need to wait while they prepare it . They opted to leave as they didn't want to wait ,, anyway now they need to serve me and my partner she left the till and just ignored us for a while and no one saw the need to attend to us , we asked what was happening and they told us that they closed , but why weren't we told this when we walked through the door??????????????????????????????????????? Instead of being apologetic she gave us attitude told us that they had snack burgers and wings ?????????? FUNNY HOW THEY ONLY HAVE THAT YET THEY WERE WILLING TO PREPARE MEAT FOR THE PREVIOUS LADY . If I wasn't raised well I sure would have slapped the **** out of her. I will not be disrespected like that I am going to spread the word so people know that your staff members are trained to be rude and ill-mannered . I left the restaurant without ordering and that *** was happy to see me leave instead of saving the restaurants reputation. I have never in my life seen such and I hope that she will be disciplined.
