Bad customer service and disrespect to my time

Placed my order at 18:46, the waiting time should be 30 minutes, their estimated time for my order was 19:40 at 19:51 I received a message informing me that my order was cancelled. Now I have to go to bed with an empty stomach. I’m very disgruntled by this. I’ve never experienced such poor service and disrespect for my time all my life.
