Bad customer service and dishonesty

On Sunday the 4th of September 2022 at 11:00 I went to buy a meal at KFC renbro centre in hammanskraal I was the last customer to be assisted as it was still in the morning and they didn't have many customers, it happened that I forgot my purse at counter after making a payment for my order then I went to sit down while I'm waiting for my order..I realized later that I forgot my purse then I went back to ask if they didn't find my purse and they said "no" without showing any interest to look for it, I then requested to see a photage coz I was only customer assisted lastly and I was told the only person who has access to the photage is the manager who will available the following day and I was given the managers contacts. The following day I called the manager and told her about the incident and she said will send an email to the heard office and request for the photage. The only thing that makes me angry is that im not getting any feedback from the store or their heard office, I have tried calling the heard office and they told to keep on going to the store up until I get feedback 😒. I have been calling to get feedback but nothing they are telling me that the heard office is delaying. All I want to know is how long does it take to get photage, and to know the person who took my purse and if it's one of their employees then I can get my cards and ID. that's all that I'm asking for. I DONT CARE ABOUT THE MONEY that was in the purse.
