Bad Customer Service and Bad Attitude

I have visited several of the KFC in and around the Western Cape and one particular thing I as a KFC consumer have noticed is the decline of service ,quality and costumer service especially when your colour is white the servers seem to have a massive attitude and a extremely sloppy way about themselves while doing the job they are paid for. I hope just because this is coming from a white South African it wont just be thrown in the recycling bin, but is seen as being a problem that needs dealt with.
