bad customer service

I placed an order with MRD food Order number DFD***5, the drink I ordered was not included when my food was delivered,When I noticed this I called the store where I was told there is nothing they can do as they don't have a delivery vehicle and I must call next time I order so they will include my drink with the new order,I feel that is disguising customer service.If one is in the wrong I believe that they should try to correct it but the person I spoke to did not seem bothered at all.
