Bad customer service

KFC Claremont main road. Been standing here over 15 mins, no explanation whatsoever. Customer service is so poor and we're running out of time already as we're on an hour lunch.

Only when I asked what the delay is, the lady explained the chicken is not ready. Cashiers are on their phone and there's a big fat conversion going on at the kitchen. The name of the person is Jeana

In my understanding kfc dells chicken so if they don't have it ready why are they open then? I am shocked and appalled by the experience I have encountered here. I am still here since 6:27.

No care, no service no chicken. Worst experience ever.
