BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Disgusted by KFC in Cape Town Blackheath drive thru, my partner & i drove into their drive thru and there was no one attending on the speaker after shouting hello more than twice, we drove to the first window for payment after not getting anyone on the red speaker, yet there was still no one where as they open 24hours, when we got to the collecting window trying to tell her what we went though a lady did not even allow us to speak and called the guy who is a colleague that did not even care to find out also, and just told us we passed the speaker intentionally so therefore we must get inside and queue l mean we know how the drive thru works we have always used it, l really feel like theres a lot that should be done in that KFC in terms of customer service and soft s****s cause clearly the stuff needs it, anyway we lost our appetite and did not even want ****en KFC!
