Bad Customer Service

I bought a 9 piece bucket of KFC on the 26th of December 2021,upon placing my order I requested that thigh pieces be substituted with side breasts,the guy that was ringing my order said "ok".My order came and the thigh pieces were not substituted,Aphiwe was the lady's name that gave my order,I requested the substitute from her,she told me that,the substitution is not done.This came as a shock to me because I have bought the same and even streetwise pieces from different KFC's in Port Elizabeth,East London and King Williams Town,this was the 1st time I was told they can't subtitute the thigh with a side breast.I even told her the same,she said she was gonna call ths person who packed the meat for me.A guy by the name of Shosha came and asked what the issue was,so that he can assist.I told him ,and when I was busy explaining what my request was,Aphiwe came from the till and yelled as she was repeating what she said earlier that ,they do not do that and i requested her to leave because she had a chance to listen and assist me ,instead she called another person and she further told me that I am holding the line,customers are waiting,so basically she did not see me as one of the customers there,but a time waster.I asked her to leave and attend to the customers she is reffering to because Shosha was prepared to listen and assist.She cheekly walked away.Shosha honoured my request.
