Bad customer service

Good morning,

I visited the drive thru at KFC hillhead drive. The service was terrible. Why terrible you ask? I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 breakfast. The I waited almost 25mins for an order. The coffee came 2 was in a cup holder and the other she was giving it to me like that, I was alone in the car how was I supposed to carry it. I then asked her for a cup holder she says she does not have. I then explain to her I cannot drive I need a cup holder. She went and brought 1. Then she did not put a sticker on the open part of the cup. When I m driving obviously it's going to spill. She said we don't have. I was very angry but didn't say much. Please jack up the service or you guys will lose alot of potential customers. Thanks
