Bad customer service

I have been trying to get hold of Ervine Kekana KFC <***> from the head office in Bryanston. I went to the main HQ on the 3rd of August 2023 and l was asked to contact him via him email and up till today he has not acknowledged my emails. I need assistance as there is critical info l want from him. He can contact me on ***
