Bad Customer Service

Tuesday 12 July 2021, I sent my 13yrs old son into the KFC Airport City, Airport Industrial Cape Town - he was turned away from entering the restaurant as he was wearing a onesie which he was harshly informed and chased away for wearing what they called “sleepwear”. I was taken aback by this because my child lives in onesies and why would this item of clothing be of effect and violation to any of KFC customer policies. I went into the restaurant and spoke to the door assistant who was not interested in talking to me and sent me to the store manager, who confirmed that this is KFC policy and my child was not allowed inside. It is obvious that I did not make any purchase. I left the store after this confirmation from the store manager. The experience was appalling and I feel very grievance at the bad customer service and the gross misinformation received from the KFC employees. I never want another child to experience the humiliation and ill-treatment that my child experienced in this store. Please do contact me to get the names of the KFC employees which I spoke to.
