Bad customer service....

I've had a few encounters with them where I place my order and they've run out of something, the manager comes and she says we waiting for stock to come, that's poor planning, then they go to the back and tell everyone you complaining, then they come out one by one, to see who you are, then they go to the back and rant in their language, so loud and unprofessional, sometimes you have to wait as the chicken isn't done yet and when you get the order the chicken is not even cooked properly, while I was busy complaining a customer walked in, and said, please don't give me raw chicken like the other time. Business is bad, and when people stay away, they blame the economy, but it's actually the service that turn the people away. I'm one of those customers who like to bring things like this to the establishment attention, and they can then rectify the problem.
