Bad Customer service

KFC at Park Station, Von Brandis street can really mess up you appetite, on countless occasions I would try to buy food there because it's close to the taxi rank but I would always end up regretting, very rude staff and I took their names but decided not share them because they might lose their jobs, my card was thrown back to me and I did not receive a receipt and when I asked for it I was told "you will get your sundae", so no receipt without prior notice and no reason given afterwards and their faces said it all☹️
