Bad customer service

I ordered a Wrapstar box online my order number is 111976.My collection time was 11:53 am. I went to the KFC store in Khayelitsha Mall to collect my order I arrived there at 11:55 am. I went to the collection window and asked the cashier for the order for Ndumi she told me to go to another cashier and showed me I went to her when I got to her I asked her about my order she told me to wait she would assist first the delivery guy I waited for her she took her time when she was finishing up another delivery guy came and she went on to assist him I asked her why she's doing that because my pick up time is 11:53 am whereas the delivery guy he's pick up time was 11:55 am. Gcobisa answered me with an attitude and said you need to wait I was getting irritated because I was on lunch and I was not asking her to do any favor I paid everything online she took her time and went to the back, packed the order for the delivery guy took some pictures of the order and then she took my order but it was already packed and went to the back to change the chicken piece to side breast as per my request the chicken looked burnt and dry. She just placed the order in front of me nothing was said I took the order and checked it I was so annoyed I left the store. The most annoying part is that they don't care about their customers in that KFC store at Khayelitsha Mall it's not once done we complained about their poor service the store manager doesn’t open as per store times we get there in the morning around7:15am. They not open but they are short staffed they don't have a way to communicate even if you asked the security guy when are they going to open he doesn't know because they just tell him to tell customers they are not open yet but without proper reasons. Countless times we reported them to their head office but there's no change some of my colleagues no longer buy from KFC Khayelitsha Mall they have the worst poor customer service ever it's my first experience with a KFC store that its staff is so rude and have an attitude to customers.
