BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I received the worst service from one of your employees named Ntombifuthi at KFC Empangeni MAXWELL STREET. She was so rude for no reason, I orded by the kiosk and went to her for piece selection as the kiosk doesn't have that option, instead of helping me, she gave me an attitude and shouted at me, asking why was I waiting for so long now they have to restart packing my order whereas I went straight to her from the kiosk, she didn't even respond when I greeted her she just had a frown and asked what I wanted with an attitude. I'd like to log a formal complaint as I felt disrespected in front of other customers cause she was shouting and saying it out loud. I was so shocked and disappointed as this is not the service I expected, more especially since it's still early in the morning.
