BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Please can you help me quickly. Just went to KFC to buy food for my children. There is loadshedding in our area. I bought 9 pieces and 3 time KFC Streetwise Pap 1 since there is no electricity only to get a shock of my life when I get home. There is no pap but they packed 3 gravy's. What is this, how are my kids suppose to eat meat and gravy like really. I am so ****ed off right now.
